Travel Representative

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New Mexico.

📋 Description

• Assist clients in choosing appropriate travel packages tailored to their preferences and budget.

• Provide details on various destinations, including visa requirements, local customs, weather conditions, and attractions.

• Efficiently book flights, hotels, car rentals, cruises, and other transportation services.

• Offer advice on travel insurance options and help with necessary documentation.

• Collaborate with airlines, hotels, tour operators, and other service providers to ensure seamless arrangements for clients.

• Promptly manage any changes or cancellations in bookings while prioritizing the client's best interests.

• Keep abreast of industry trends and developments to deliver innovative travel solutions.

• Professionally and efficiently resolve any issues or complaints that may arise during the booking or travel process.

⛳️ Requirements

• Previous experience in the travel industry or similar customer service roles is preferred but not essential.

• Exceptional communication skills with proficiency in written and spoken language(s) relevant to target markets.

• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills to handle multiple client inquiries simultaneously.

• A passion for travel and a desire to explore diverse cultures.

• Ability to work independently, as well as collaboratively in a team setting.
