Travel Property Adjuster – Field Estimating

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.

📋 Description

• Deliver outstanding service to policyholders in the role of a Field Property Adjuster

• Perform on-site inspections and create estimates for claims

• Manage virtual claims utilizing software platforms

• Investigate property claims while interpreting relevant policies

• Effectively communicate with customers through phone, email, and video calls

• Negotiate settlements for claims and maintain comprehensive records

• Ensure accurate and timely completion of documentation

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 2 years of experience in writing water damage estimates is preferred

• Prior experience as a property adjuster is preferred

• Familiarity with estimating software such as Xactimate is preferred

• A valid driver's license and a readiness to travel are required

• Must be capable of lifting a 50-pound ladder and accessing roofs with a pitch of up to 6/12

• Candidates must live within 50 miles of an airport
