Travel Operations and Sales Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Illinois, +1 more state.

📋 Description

• Travel to various Chapter studios to offer operational and guest service assistance.

• Assist with daily studio operations, including scheduling, guest flow, inventory management, and retail activities.

• Step into essential front-of-house positions (Guest Service, Studio Support, Manager support) as required.

• Provide a consistent, high-quality guest experience that aligns with Chapter brand standards.

• Educate guests on services, retail products, and memberships to promote rebooking and retention.

• Ensure cleanliness, organization, and operational readiness across studios.

• Work together with studio and regional leadership to support performance metrics like guest satisfaction, rebooking, and revenue.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 2 years of experience in guest service, retail, hospitality, or operations.

• Leadership experience is a plus, as you will cover for Studio Managers when necessary.

• Must be flexible and willing to travel frequently within assigned markets.

• Personable, professional, and confident communicator.

• Highly organized with a keen attention to detail.

• Proficient in using scheduling software, EMR systems, and digital communication tools.

• Self-motivated, adaptable, and thrive in fast-paced environments.
