Travel Director of Nursing – DON, RN

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Kansas, +1 more state.

📋 Description

• Oversee the administration and management of Nursing Services for residents, ensuring alignment with physician orders and the comprehensive needs of the residents.

• Ensure 24-hour oversight of Nursing Services while leading the Nursing Department to uphold high-quality care standards.

• Take charge of center operations during the Administrator's absence.

• A genuine enthusiasm and commitment to working with seniors.

• A flexible, engaging, and vibrant personality.

• Must hold a current license as a Registered Nurse (RN) in the state of practice.

• An associate or bachelor’s degree from an accredited nursing program is preferred.

• Previous experience in a LTC/SNF/AL/MC environment is mandatory.

• A minimum of two years’ experience in a Director of Nursing (DON) position is required.

• A professional demeanor in both appearance and conduct.

• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
