This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Florida, +1 more state.
• Act as the market access account leader for major Integrated Delivery Networks (IDNs), large healthcare groups, and prominent academic institutions.
• Foster enduring collaborations with health systems based on shared priorities and common interests to create long-term value and stimulate portfolio growth through strategies aimed at maintaining or enhancing brand access.
• Oversee and facilitate the resolution of reimbursement challenges by partnering with internal Lantheus teams and the relevant imaging center or hospital personnel.
• Recognize, cultivate, and implement business opportunities by concentrating on the appropriate positioning and messaging of Lantheus products within designated customer segments.
• Proactively pinpoint and address potential issues and challenges in conjunction with cross-functional partners.
• Implement Market Access educational initiatives in the relevant region when applicable.
• Lead quarterly business reviews in substantial population health accounts.
• Create and execute strategies and tactics to enhance patient access, coverage, coding, and payment within assigned accounts.
• Propel brand growth through strategies designed to sustain or improve brand access.
• Establish relationships and execute market access strategies with key personnel in hospitals and imaging centers.
• Coordinate and communicate with other commercial departments to ensure that all market access requirements are fulfilled throughout the organization.
• Serve as a strategic partner by sharing business insights regarding accounts and market trends.
• Bachelor's degree with over 10 years of relevant experience in the biotech or pharmaceutical sector, emphasizing account management and/or health systems.
• An advanced degree is highly preferred.
• Proven track record of pull-through experience with established relationships in key hospital accounts, academic institutions, and Integrated Delivery Networks.
• Strong skills in strategic influencing, communication, cross-functional collaboration, and conflict resolution.
• Required technical knowledge of U.S. drug reimbursement and access (including coverage, coding, and payment).
• Preferred experience in oncology, neurology, radiopharmaceuticals, imaging, or diagnostics.
• Capability to excel in a cross-functional work setting.
• Field-based position; must be a self-starter with the ability to work independently and organize tasks without ongoing direct oversight.
• Field-based role requiring travel (60% +).
