This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California, +4 more states.
• Create and implement regional and national commercial strategies to enhance MI Clarity adoption, usage, and market presence.
• Build, lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing team of Account Executives.
• Cultivate a culture of accountability, urgency, customer orientation, and excellence in execution.
• Drive the acquisition of new accounts and the expansion of existing accounts within oncology, pathology, breast surgery, and integrated delivery networks.
• Identify, prioritize, and target high-value market opportunities along with strategic accounts.
• Formulate go-to-market strategies that expedite adoption in community oncology practices, academic medical centers, and health systems.
• Establish and sustain executive-level relationships within key accounts and healthcare organizations.
• Engage with oncology leadership, pathology leadership, breast program directors, and C-suite executives.
• Collaborate with pathologists and operational stakeholders to enhance tissue access and workflow integration.
• Lead strategic discussions concerning value-based care, clinical utility, and personalized treatment planning.
• Maintain an advanced understanding of breast cancer treatment pathways, prognostic and predictive testing, molecular diagnostics, digital pathology, AI-driven technologies, and oncology reimbursement dynamics.
• Guide teams on effective clinical selling and evidence-based customer interaction.
• Ensure field teams clearly communicate clinical data, validation studies, and differentiators from competing assays.
• Recruit, onboard, train, and mentor top commercial talent.
• Conduct regular field coaching, business reviews, pipeline management, forecasting, and performance development activities.
• Set clear territory expectations, KPIs, and performance objectives.
• Promote collaboration and alignment among field teams and internal stakeholders.
• Assist in product launch initiatives, refine messaging, and prepare field readiness programs.
• Offer marketplace insights and competitive intelligence to Commercial Leadership and Marketing teams.
• Provide field insights that shape marketing strategies, customer engagement models, and future product development.
• Ensure accurate forecasting, CRM utilization, reporting, and territory analytics.
• Adhere to all company policies, industry regulations, and healthcare compliance standards.
• Support meetings, conferences, advisory boards, and trade shows as necessary.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Medical Affairs, Marketing, Operations, Pathology, Market Access, and Executive Leadership teams to facilitate commercial success.
• Manage assigned company assets.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.
• Bachelor’s degree is mandatory.
• At least 5 years of leadership experience overseeing successful commercial teams.
• Demonstrated success in building, leading, and developing high-performing sales organizations.
• Proven track record in market development, new business acquisition, customer adoption, and revenue growth.
• Experience in leading teams through product launches, commercialization efforts, or high-growth business scenarios.
• Strong skills in coaching, communication, leadership, and strategic planning.
• Familiarity with CRM platforms, sales analytics, forecasting, and business intelligence tools.
• Willingness to travel frequently within assigned geographical areas.
• Travel is required, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as necessary.
• This role involves significant field engagement with customers and commercial teams.
• A valid driver's license, a clean driving record, a reliable vehicle, and automobile insurance that meets company requirements are mandatory.
