This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New York.
β’ Respond to client inquiries promptly and professionally through phone, email, and messaging platforms.
β’ Assist clients with luxury and leisure travel bookings, including modifications, cancellations, and special requests.
β’ Deliver accurate and timely information regarding travel destinations, requirements, and agency policies.
β’ Coordinate booking details and confirm itineraries to ensure accuracy and client satisfaction.
β’ Proactively follow up with clients both before and after their travel to ensure a positive experience.
β’ Address client concerns with empathy, professionalism, and a focus on solutions.
β’ Maintain precise documentation and update booking systems as necessary.
β’ Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
β’ Experience in customer service (preferably in travel, hospitality, or related fields).
β’ Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail.
β’ Proficient with technology and open to learning new systems and booking platforms.
