This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Oversees the travel and transportation budget for participants in trials.
• Engages in discussions with vendors and internal team members concerning the needs of trial participants.
• Provides support to hospital or clinical staff regarding the enrollment of trial participants and their visit schedules.
• Quickly addresses all inquiries from trial participants and hospital/clinical personnel.
• Helps manage projects to ensure profitability through efficient work processes.
• Serves as the primary contact for patient communication related to air, hotel, and ground accommodations.
• Ensures data accuracy by setting up databases and transferring information between internal systems.
• Assists in generating reports as required.
• Collaborates with the Global Study Manager to define the needs and requests of clients and patients.
• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent professional experience.
• Proficiency in both Spanish and English is mandatory; additional languages are preferred.
• A minimum of 2 years of experience in the travel or pharmaceutical industry is preferred.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office applications.
• Capability to learn new procedures swiftly and effectively.
• Highly organized with a strong focus on planning; skilled in prioritization and follow-up.
• Excels in communication across departments.
• Displays confidence and thoroughness in decision-making.
• Minimum technology requirements include an updated operating system, anti-virus software, and password-protected devices. Note that Chromebooks are not supported.
