Customer Service Representative – Part time

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.

📋 Description

• Address inquiries from prospective buyers and sellers on the Flippa platform.

• Analyze existing data and documentation to respond to customer queries independently.

• Communicate with sellers to collect additional information as necessary.

• Perform data entry and maintain cleanliness in the CRM system.

• Conduct outbound prospecting using Flippa's AI-assisted system, which includes navigating lists and sending pre-composed emails.

• Pre-qualify leads and schedule calls for Jared.

• Identify and flag any inquiries that exhibit commercial or financial discrepancies for the client's assessment.

• Proficiency in using a CRM system is essential.
