Provider Support Agent

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Florida.

📋 Description

• Assists all providers at Derick Dermatology with patient follow-up communications regarding pathology and laboratory results, scheduling subsequent appointments, and addressing prescription inquiries.

• Oversees and monitors lesions that necessitate tracking until completion.

• Ensures that outstanding or incomplete tasks remain at a manageable level across various systems.

• Maintains individual metrics for phone systems including Phone Queue and Answer Rates to achieve team objectives.

• Performs additional duties as assigned.

⛳️ Requirements

• Must provide official High School Transcripts, Diploma, or Equivalency Certificate.

• Familiarity with basic medical terminology is required.

• Must be friendly, courteous, and professional.

• Strong communication skills are essential.

• Proficient in using an EMR system (Electronic Medical Records), preferably Nextech.

• A background in Medical Assisting is preferred.
