Travel Coordinator

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Dominican Republic.

📋 Description

• Convert raw travel proposals into refined, client-ready itineraries.

• Enhance all client-facing materials with careful attention to detail.

• Focus on formatting itineraries using Canva.

• Compose pre-arrival communications and trip-summary messages.

• Oversee light backend logistics with hotels, guides, and local partners.

• Guarantee quicker turnaround times, consistent brand adherence, and flawless client communications.

⛳️ Requirements

• Advanced skills in Canva, including template-based design and multi-page layouts — portfolio or work samples are mandatory.

• Proven experience in producing polished, error-free, client-facing documents or itineraries (including formatting, layout, and grammar).

• Practical experience with Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Drive) for document creation and file management.

• Familiarity with ClickUp or similar task management tools to monitor multiple simultaneous deliverables.

• Proven ability to complete tasks within tight deadlines (under 48 hours).

• Experience in drafting structured, client-ready written communications such as pre-arrival emails or trip summaries.

• C1+ English proficiency (CEFR) for client-facing written correspondence.

• Previous experience in luxury travel, hospitality, or events (preferred).
