This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Netherlands.

• Search for and confirm travel arrangements on behalf of clients.

• Possess a thorough understanding of client travel policies to consistently advise customers.

• Address all inquiries related to necessary regulations (DOT, TSA, passports, visas, etc.).

• Provide clients with essential industry insights, including low fares, exchange fees, and penalties.

• Identify opportunities to assess operational processes and client relationships for potential enhancements.

• Maintain active communication and pursue the expansion of knowledge across various supported travel sectors.

• Engage with both current and prospective clients to assist them in traveling efficiently and achieving their goals.

• Previous experience as a travel agent.

• Proficient in GDS Sabre.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.

• Strong foundational knowledge of the travel industry, including its policies, procedures, and practices.
