Travel Consultant, German, English

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Poland.

📋 Description

• Provide travel advice and arrangements for corporate clients, including both individuals and groups.

• Inform customers about various travel options such as air, road, rail, and accommodations.

• Utilize multiple Global Distribution Systems (GDSs), including Amadeus.

• Ensure adherence to the travel policies agreed upon by customers, service provider policies, and regulatory standards.

• Employ effective telephone service techniques and respond to special customer requests.

• Work collaboratively with your team to coach, mentor, and offer constructive feedback aimed at enhancing service levels.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 0.5 years of experience in a call center environment.

• Proficient written and verbal communication skills in both German and English.

• Competent in computer applications, including Microsoft Office and internet navigation.

• Familiarity with mathematical concepts, including percentages and taxes.

• A strong commitment to excellence in client service and a keen attention to detail.

• Demonstrate integrity and safeguard personal traveler information.

• Ability to resolve customer issues swiftly and independently, including coordinating with suppliers.

• Strong teamwork skills and a willingness to accept feedback.
