Senior Solution Consultant

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in France.

📋 Description

• Take the lead in conducting business requirements discovery sessions for the implementation of highly complex, multi-phase workstreams with a wide scope.

• Collaborate with the Solution Architect to shape the process design and technical direction of intricate configurations.

• Carry out product configurations of high complexity, tailored to meet customer requirements and adhere to the approved solution architecture.

• Serve as the primary point of escalation and manage the troubleshooting and resolution of complex configuration challenges for the project team.

• Utilize advanced mathematical models, optimization methods, and artificial intelligence algorithms to enhance complex supply chain planning scenarios, thereby improving customer supply chain performance and achieving business goals.

• Oversee the validation and testing of the solution, gather user feedback, and formulate recommendations for escalations, obstacles, and documentation.

• Independently facilitate intricate deployment workshops aimed at training customers on the solution's configuration and how to derive immediate value from their investment.

• Offer technical guidance and suggestions to Associate, Entry, and Intermediate Solution Consultants during key project milestones and critical deployment escalations.

• Mentor and guide junior consultants throughout the project lifecycle.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain, Operations Research, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Statistics, Information Technology, or a related discipline.

• Over 5 years of extensive experience in software implementation or deployment within the supply chain planning or execution domains, or relevant business experience in supply planning, demand planning, inventory management, or manufacturing.

• 2 to 3 years of experience in a functional leadership role focused on system configuration or deployments.

• 2 to 3 years of experience in business process design specifically for supply chain software implementations.

• A strong passion for customer-facing roles, demonstrating excellent interpersonal, communication, facilitation, and presentation skills.

• Exceptional problem-solving and critical thinking abilities, capable of synthesizing a large volume of complex information to identify the best course of action.

• A self-motivated individual who shows initiative in their work and learning, thriving in a fast-paced environment.

• Proven leadership capabilities within a team and a successful track record with customers and executive sponsors.

• Ability to collaborate effectively in a matrixed environment with multiple team members.

• Proficient in articulating complex ideas clearly, both verbally and in writing.
