• Address all requests related to necessary regulations (DOT, TSA, passports, visas, etc.).
• Provide clients with essential industry information, including low fares, exchange rates, and penalties.
• Identify opportunities to assess operational processes and client commercial relationships to suggest improvements.
• Maintain and actively communicate while seeking to expand knowledge of the various supported travel industries.
• Experience as a travel agent.
• Relevant expertise in GDS Sabre.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
• Strong working knowledge of the travel industry, including policies, procedures, and processes.
