Travel Consultant

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.

📋 Description

• Locate and verify travel bookings for clients.

• Advise customers in accordance with their travel policies.

• Address inquiries related to DOT, TSA, passports, visas, and other regulatory matters.

• Share industry insights, including low fares, exchange fees, and penalties.

• Evaluate operational workflows and business partnerships and propose enhancements.

• Keep updated, share, and broaden knowledge of the supported travel sectors.

• Engage with and respond to both existing and prospective clients.

• Assist clients in traveling efficiently and realizing their objectives.

⛳️ Requirements

• Experience as a travel agent.

• Proficiency in GDS Amadeus.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.

• Comprehensive understanding of the travel industry, including policies, procedures, and processes.
