Senior Analytics Consultant

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.

📋 Description

• Utilize technical expertise and knowledge of the healthcare industry to assist clinical and business stakeholders.

• Offer analytical support and consultancy services to both internal and external clients.

• Provide advisory support to senior leaders within the organization and externally.

• Extract and analyze data from internal and external sources to derive impactful insights.

• Develop dynamic, visually appealing dashboards.

• Manage business cases from initial concept through to execution with customers or partners.

• Lead analytic projects to achieve successful results.

• Advocate for initiatives and work collaboratively with various stakeholders.

• Produce high-quality results for senior leadership within tight deadlines.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's degree with 6 years of experience in healthcare services, statistical analysis, insurance industry economics, or a related field OR a Master's degree with 4 years of experience OR a PhD with 2 years of experience OR 10 years of experience in relevant areas.

• Expertise in querying a diverse range of internal and external data sources.

• Strong analytical capabilities.

• Proficiency in SQL, Python, R, or comparable programming languages.

• Capability to create dashboards utilizing Tableau or Power BI.

• Business intelligence skills and the ability to manage a business case from inception to execution with customers or partners.

• Proven experience in successfully leading analytic initiatives.

• Outstanding communication and presentation skills.

• Ability to work autonomously as well as collaboratively within a team.

• Skill in collaborating with various stakeholders and delivering high-quality outcomes under pressure.

• Preferred: experience with project management methodologies.

• Preferred: background in the healthcare industry, including payor, provider, pharmacy, public health, or epidemiology.

• Preferred: familiarity with GitHub or similar version control and collaborative tools.

• Preferred: experience with Alteryx or similar automation tools.
