Technical Consultant II

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Manage the design, delivery, and implementation of Alkami’s software products.

• Deploy a sophisticated enterprise banking software solution.

• Engage with clients both in-person and virtually to identify solution dependencies and enhance business practices.

• Recognize technical challenges and offer recommendations for enhancements.

• Facilitate application demonstrations and discovery sessions to clarify business and technical software requirements.

• Elevate project, business, and technical concerns and contribute to their resolution.

• Collaborate with third-party vendors to address integration and design challenges.

• Work alongside Development, Configuration, and PM resources on intricate technical integrations.

• Provide technical assistance for system upgrades and troubleshooting.

• Share expertise and offer technical guidance to team members.

• Audit client environments and oversee the launch of products and solutions.

• Develop and maintain documentation and tools to support organizational scalability.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 3 years of technical experience and background.

• At least 3 years of experience in customer-facing roles with client interactions.

• Over 3 years of experience with banking core systems such as FIS (IBS/Horizon), Fiserv (Precision/Premier), or Jack Henry (Silverlake).

• Willingness to travel up to 20% of the time.

• Experience in financial services software development and design is preferred.

• Preferred experience with core and third-party integrations, particularly Silverlake (CIF 2020) and Symitar.

• Familiarity with SQL Server, Microsoft C#, and ASP.NET is advantageous.

• Basic understanding of Internet routing and associated protocols.

• General knowledge of firewall operations in relation to Internet connectivity.

• Experience in designing or implementing scalable and highly available systems.

• Background in commercial banking, treasury, payments, or cash management.

• Must be eligible to work in the US for full-time employment.
