Travel Construction Manager, Civil Engineer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New York, +2 more states.

📋 Description

• Assist with the National Airspace System Integration Support Contract (NISC IV)

• Oversee construction activities for projects in collaboration with Project Engineers, Contracting Officer Representatives, and Contracting Officers

• Track construction progress and address any issues that arise

• Ensure that the project remains aligned with its scope, timeline, and objectives

• Deliver on-site construction oversight, coordination, and quality assurance services

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering (ABET accredited)

• Over 10 years of experience in the construction of commercial, industrial, or government facilities

• In-depth knowledge of construction practices, plans/specifications, building materials, as well as relevant codes and quality standards

• Demonstrated ability to effectively coordinate with contractors, engineers, and government stakeholders

• Proficient in Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and construction document review tools (e.g., Bluebeam or similar)

• Capable of obtaining and maintaining a Public Trust clearance

• Willingness to work flexible hours (including nights and weekends)

• Must meet travel requirements (valid driver’s license and passport)
