This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New York.
• Establish and nurture professional relationships with both prospective and current clients.
• Engage with clients to discern their travel aspirations, preferences, and budget constraints.
• Investigate and propose travel solutions, including cruises, resorts, hotels, vacation packages, tours, and various travel services.
• Organize reservations and support clients throughout the entire planning and booking journey.
• Keep precise client records and documentation while ensuring confidentiality and data protection.
• Address client inquiries promptly and professionally via email, phone, and virtual communication platforms.
• Perform follow-up communications to foster repeat business, referrals, and enduring client relationships.
• Contribute to business development initiatives through networking, relationship-building, referrals, and social media engagement.
• Stay updated on travel industry trends, supplier offerings, promotions, and destination insights.
• Provide exceptional customer service while maintaining professionalism, accuracy, and meticulous attention to detail.
• Outstanding verbal and written communication abilities.
• Strong organizational skills and effective time management.
• Capability to work independently in a remote setting while adhering to deadlines.
• Experience in customer service, hospitality, sales, or the travel industry is preferred but not mandatory.
