This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.
β’ Proactive engagement with customers: You initiate regular discussions with existing clients, assess their needs, and convert insights into actionable recommendations.
β’ Product consulting and adoption: You provide guidance on our SaaS offerings, identify areas for improved adoption, and assist customers in implementing new modules.
β’ Churn prevention: You recognize early warning signs and develop strategies to stabilize accounts β working closely with Product, Support, and Sales teams.
β’ Upselling and cross-selling: You pinpoint opportunities for additional products, create customized proposals, and guide customers through the closing process.
β’ Reporting: You meticulously maintain CRM data and deliver structured customer feedback to Product Management.
β’ Experience in Customer Success, Account Management, or solution-oriented B2B sales β preferably within a SaaS context.
β’ Strong understanding of IT products and business processes, with a track record of success in customer development.
β’ Empathy, sales aptitude, and resilience β you maintain a solution-oriented and constructive approach even in challenging customer interactions.
β’ Proactive and independent work style with a genuine service-oriented mindset.
β’ Fluent in German, proficient in English, and comfortable using CRM systems.
β’ Collaboration within a supportive and appreciative team.
