This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Facilitate the onboarding process for new clients
• Oversee customer health and engagement metrics
• Establish and nurture relationships with key stakeholders
• Provide customer education through organized training sessions
• Perform business reviews
• Drive customer renewal and growth initiatives
• Serve as an advocate for customers
• Collaborate across various functions
• Create and refine processes
• Minimum of 3 years in customer success, account management, or a related field
• Experience in the SaaS or technology sector
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
• Proficient in utilizing data to monitor customer health
• Familiarity with CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) is advantageous
