This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Process travel claims independently in line with relevant policies.
• Capable of reading, analyzing, and interpreting general business documents, technical procedures, benefit plans, and regulations.
• Manage incoming calls and make outgoing calls to claimants and suppliers in a professional, positive, and proactive manner.
• Consistently achieve established performance metrics, including both quantity and quality standards in claims processing.
• Keep up-to-date with Plans and effectively utilize this knowledge in claims payments, customer service, and all other job responsibilities.
• Ability to operate independently within established guidelines.
• Ensure compliance with HIPAA regulations.
• Strong time management abilities.
• Capacity to function independently within set guidelines.
• Exceptional interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.
• Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
