This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New Mexico.
• Partner with clients to design customized travel itineraries, which include flight bookings, accommodation arrangements, and activity recommendations.
• Provide expert insights on a variety of destinations, travel products, and services to assist clients in making well-informed choices.
• Maintain ongoing communication with clients throughout the booking journey, ensuring their needs are addressed and any issues are resolved promptly.
• Execute all bookings with precision and efficiency, ensuring alignment with client preferences and requirements.
• Collaborate with team members to deliver outstanding service and surpass client expectations.
• High School Diploma or its equivalent.
• Outstanding verbal and written communication abilities.
• Strong organizational capabilities with a keen eye for detail.
• Capacity to excel in a fast-paced setting while working autonomously.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite or G Suite for effective documentation and communication.
