Transportation Supervisor

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Alabama.

📋 Description

• Assist our Third-Party Administration (TPA) claims Transportation Division.

• Train and guide the claims team effectively.

• Execute procedures as instructed by management.

• Conduct audits on files to ensure quality assurance.

• Provide oversight and guidance to the claims team.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 5 - 7+ years of experience in the industry.

• At least 2 years of supervisory or management experience.

• Previous experience in handling or supervising Collision, Comprehensive, and PD claims related to personal auto is essential.

• Capability to thrive in a fast-paced work environment.

• Ensure compliance with Davies and client claim handling protocols.

• Review insurance policies to ascertain coverage.

• Assess liability and defenses.

• Provide claim summaries and engage in regular file reviews with clients.

• Identify claim trends and contribute to client audit reviews.

• Monitor team performance and mentor team members for future career advancement.

• Offer support, guidance, leadership, and motivation to enhance maximum performance.
