This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Florida.
• Execute weekly preliminary and final routing for designated branches by assigned deadlines in accordance with established route compliance standards.
• Implement all requested routing modifications for designated branches within set timelines, adhering to established route compliance standards.
• Stay informed about Scholastic’s network requirements, constraints, and complexities.
• Monitor progress towards efficiency objectives and adjust strategies as necessary to stay on track.
• Facilitate communication among relevant departments to prevent service disruptions.
• Generate reports, analyses, or graphs as needed to showcase outcomes of analytical projects.
• Evaluate route metrics and propose recommendations for enhanced efficiencies for assigned branches.
• Regularly audit route data for accuracy and compliance with DOT regulations.
• Uphold and follow the information provided on branch information sheets.
• Maintain data entry reporting as requested, including details for sale exception reports.
• Produce and archive exports and files as requested by designated deadlines.
• Provide support for colleagues as necessary.
• Strong work ethic: demonstrates a commitment to continuous improvement in achieving company and departmental objectives.
• Advanced logical reasoning abilities.
• Highly organized.
• Willingness to work overtime as needed during peak periods.
• Proficient Computer Skills:
• a. Capable of quickly learning to navigate new software applications.
• b. Intuitive computer abilities.
• c. Basic Excel proficiency (beyond data entry): including simple formulas, data manipulation, and sorting/filtering.
• d. Fundamental office software skills: proficiency in Outlook (email and calendar functionalities), navigating network drives, and using Teams.
• Self-motivated: Eager and able to seek out and utilize available resources to independently find solutions and resolve issues.
• High level of professionalism and a basic understanding of business principles.
