📋 Description

• Review and refine machine-translated content for customer service, ensuring a high degree of accuracy and consistency.

• Assess the quality of machine translation output and assign severity ratings as necessary, adhering to project specifications.

• Create top-notch human translations to serve as reference data for model training and quality assessment.

• Adhere to specified style guides, tone guidelines, and terminology standards.

• Detect and report recurring issues with machine translation quality and trends at the batch level.

• Native-level proficiency in the target language along with strong English language skills.

• Background in translation, localization, or post-editing of machine translation.

• Understanding of machine translation quality assessment and error detection.
