This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Norway.

📋 Description

• Edit and review customer service content that has been machine-translated, ensuring a high degree of accuracy and consistency.

• Assess the quality of machine translation output and assign severity ratings as needed, in accordance with project guidelines.

• Generate high-quality human translations to serve as reference data for model training and quality assessment.

• Adhere to specified style guides, tone guidelines, and terminology requirements.

• Detect and report persistent machine translation quality problems and trends at the batch level.

• Native proficiency in Norwegian (Norway).

• Background in translation, localization, or post-editing of machine translation.

• Knowledge of machine translation quality assessment and error detection.

• Exceptional attention to detail and a commitment to quality.
