Translation Quality Rater – Catalan

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Spain.

📋 Description

• Edit and assess machine-translated customer service content with a strong emphasis on accuracy and consistency.

• Review the quality of MT outputs and assign severity ratings as needed, in accordance with project guidelines.

• Generate high-quality human translations to serve as reference data for model training and quality assessment.

• Adhere to provided style guides, tone rules, and terminology specifications.

• Detect and report recurring issues with MT quality and trends at the batch level.

⛳️ Requirements

• Native-level proficiency in Catalan (Spain).

• Background in translation, localization, or post-editing of machine translation.

• Understanding of machine translation quality evaluation and error identification.

• Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to quality.

• Capacity to work independently in a virtual environment.
