Translation Quality Rater

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Czechia.

📋 Description

• Review and edit customer service content generated by machine translation, ensuring a high degree of accuracy and consistency.

• Assess the quality of machine translation output and assign severity ratings as necessary, adhering to project specifications.

• Create high-quality human translations to serve as reference data for model training and quality assessment.

• Adhere to provided style guides, tone guidelines, and terminology standards.

• Detect and report recurring issues with machine translation quality and analyze trends at the batch level.

• Native-level proficiency in Czech (Czech Republic).

• Background in translation, localization, or post-editing of machine translations.

• Knowledge of machine translation quality assessment and error detection.

• Exceptional attention to detail and a commitment to quality.

• Capability to work independently in an online setting.
