• Oversee and execute the localization of website content using a content management system across various languages, following established translation workflows from initiation to delivery and publication.
• Develop, document, and refine repeatable translation workflows for web content and other key assets, emphasizing quality, clarity, and consistency.
• Act as the main liaison for web and other content translation initiatives, ensuring content stakeholders are informed about timelines, requirements, and quality expectations.
• Monitor project timelines, dependencies, and risks, while proactively communicating status updates, obstacles, and necessary decisions to maintain momentum.
• Ensure that translated content adheres to defined review and approval processes and meets the established quality standards prior to publication.
• Collaborate as a member of the Web Strategy Team to guarantee that translated content aligns with design, UX, and publishing criteria.
• Work alongside the Marketing Team to ensure that translated content aligns with corporate goals and priorities, as well as Guidewire brand guidelines.
• Utilize AI-assisted translation tools as accelerators when appropriate, and engage in the ongoing evolution of AI-assisted translation methodologies.
• Identify gaps, inefficiencies, or potential risks in the translation process and recommend practical, solution-oriented enhancements.
• Manage translation projects as designated by Marketing leadership.
• Three to five years of experience in managing multi-lingual translation or localization projects.
• Practical experience in coordinating translation workflows involving content owners and reviewers.
• Strong comprehension of website content structures, CMS-driven publishing workflows, and continuous content updates.
• Excellent written communication skills, with the ability to interpret meaning, intent, and clarity in source content to facilitate accurate translation.
• Proven judgment in overseeing translation quality via established review processes, feedback loops, and stakeholder validation.
• Capability to manage multiple projects concurrently and adhere to deadlines.
• Strong communication skills for collaboration with cross-functional teams and content stakeholders.
• A self-starter attitude with a solutions-focused approach to ambiguous or evolving processes.
• Willingness to utilize AI tools for enhanced efficiency, combined with sound judgment regarding quality controls and risk management.
