Senior Project Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.

📋 Description

• Cultivate and manage the client relationship throughout the project's entire lifecycle.

• Ensure adherence to timelines and strive for timely and budget-friendly delivery while successfully completing all project tasks within scope.

• Recognize project risks, formulate risk response strategies, and oversee ongoing issues.

• Facilitate kickoff meetings and regular check-ins during the project, providing stakeholders with weekly status updates.

• Collaborate with members of the Professional Services team throughout the project, allocating resources and monitoring project activities.

• Travel to customer sites as required (e.g., UAT, Go-Live, etc.).

• Mentor and guide team members to enhance delivery and promote skill advancement.

• Assist in the development and adherence to internal project methodologies.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 5 years of experience in project management or program administration.

• Proven experience in developing, managing, and charting timelines; capable of driving toward goals and milestones.

• Proficient in managing customer and vendor budgets as well as forecasting project resources.

• Exceptional attention to detail.

• Strong judgment, analytical capabilities, and problem-solving aptitude.

• Excellent organizational and time management skills.

• Strong skills in cross-functional collaboration, relationship building, and achieving results.

• Outstanding verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present a polished, professional, and diplomatic image to all stakeholders.

• Familiarity with Salesforce technology; Salesforce certifications such as ADM-201 and/or prior experience with Salesforce implementation projects are preferred.

• A bachelor's degree from an accredited university.

• Willingness to travel (~10%).
