This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Facilitate the development of relationships and the onboarding process for project landowners.
• Aid in site assessments alongside internal teams and consultants, including the evaluation of critical issues, initial design and energy modeling, as well as addressing landowner and utility concerns.
• Assist the Project Manager in supervising EPC contractors to ensure alignment with project objectives, contractual agreements, and timelines.
• Help in the review and management of EPC contractors, which includes monitoring key deliverables, notifications, change orders, and payment milestones.
• Support the monitoring of construction progress and milestone achievements, ensuring that stakeholders receive timely updates.
• Coordinate the engineering review of site-specific designs, energy models, and permitting documents from EPC contractors to ensure accuracy and compliance.
• Organize internal reviews of technical submissions, RFIs, and change orders in collaboration with engineering, legal, and finance teams.
• Monitor project budgets, invoice approvals, and cost forecasts, ensuring compliance with financial controls and reporting standards.
• Maintain well-organized documentation in internal project management systems, ensuring traceability and compliance with audit requirements.
• Attend project meetings with EPCs, consultants, and internal stakeholders, documenting action items and ensuring follow-through with Project Managers.
• Coordinate the review of project-specific designs and documentation with utilities, interconnection teams, and permitting authorities to sustain project momentum and regulatory compliance.
• Assist in the project turnover process, ensuring a seamless transition to the Asset Management team.
• Minimum of 2 years’ experience in development administration and/or project management, preferably with exposure to solar PV projects.
• Ability to adapt across the development and construction lifecycle.
• Exceptional attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and effective follow-through.
• Proficient written and verbal communicator capable of inspiring collaboration and responsiveness from colleagues and external parties.
• Unquestionable integrity and strong references.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, including empathy, intuition, and listening, along with proficient writing, editing, and basic design skills.
• High self-awareness and humility, with enthusiasm for facing uncomfortable situations or new challenges.
