This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in North Carolina.
• Respond to incoming calls from customers, service providers, and stores to offer assistance with installation jobs.
• Oversee outbound activities and initiate calls to customers, providers, stores, and vendors to provide updates or collect job-related information.
• Establish initial contact with customers and service providers to supply centralized contact details and job expectations, verifying project scope and ensuring alignment.
• Guarantee that projects are scheduled according to the Service Level Agreement (SLA) by the service provider and confirm details with the customer.
• Collaborate with stores and customers to coordinate product delivery, ensuring timely commencement of work.
• Ensure that all necessary compliance documents related to permits and Lead Safe Practices are uploaded into the designated system.
• Address and resolve Work Order issues (post-project completion), including cost assessments and potential chargebacks from service providers and/or vendors.
• Accurately document all project-related interactions using appropriate technology tools (e.g., Installation Management System, myRedVest, and Salesforce).
• Utilize active listening skills with customers, service providers, stores, and vendors to provide an exceptional customer experience and encourage team collaboration.
• Maintain consistent service by adhering to defined processes and offering feedback to improve current operations.
• Strive for results by consistently meeting goals and completing tasks and activities punctually.
• Foster effective relationships by organizing information, sharing insights with coworkers and leaders, and seeking performance feedback.
• Adjust to a dynamic environment with evolving process improvements.
• Complete assigned training courses and actively engage in team meetings, town halls, and developmental discussions.
• High school diploma or GED, or equivalent experience in lieu of educational requirements, if applicable.
• 1-3 years of experience in a customer-facing role.
• Bachelor’s degree (preferred).
• 1 year of experience in project coordination or in the remodeling or construction industry.
• 1 year of experience in a Project Management role.
• Experience in a contact center environment.
