This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Virginia.
• Design, develop, and maintain enterprise solutions utilizing Microsoft Power Apps, Power Automate, Power Pages, and Power BI.
• Construct and oversee data models, tables, relationships, business rules, and security within Microsoft Dataverse.
• Collect, analyze, and refine business requirements, converting them into scalable technical solutions.
• Create automated workflows and integrations that enhance business processes and operational efficiency.
• Develop dashboards, reports, and analytics solutions that deliver actionable insights to stakeholders.
• Support the complete application lifecycle, including development, testing, deployment, and production support.
• Manage solution promotion and deployment across Development, Test, and Production environments.
• Implement best practices for security, compliance, performance, and maintainability.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to applications, integrations, and platforms.
• Collaborate with project managers, business analysts, architects, and other technical teams to ensure successful project delivery.
• Develop and maintain technical documentation, deployment procedures, and operational support materials.
• Provide technical leadership and guidance on Power Platform architecture, development standards, and best practices.
• Over 5 years of experience in project management, business analysis, Scrum Master roles, or program management supporting technology initiatives.
• Proficient in gathering, documenting, and managing business and functional requirements across various stakeholder groups.
• Experience managing federal government contracts and an understanding of service-based delivery models.
• Proven success in managing project backlogs, priorities, and delivery roadmaps.
• Skilled in managing against SLAs and operational performance metrics.
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies, Scrum ceremonies, and best practices in requirements management.
• Knowledge of IT Service Management (ITSM) processes, including incident, problem, and change management.
• Experience with government reporting requirements, including performance metrics, CDRLs, and QASP-driven environments.
• Strong resource planning and capacity management abilities.
• Exceptional communication, facilitation, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Proven capability to prioritize competing demands and make sound operational decisions.
• Experience managing relationships with clients, vendors, and platform partners.
• Ability to lead cross-functional teams in a dynamic consulting environment.
