Transformation Programs Advisor

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Florida.

📋 Description

• Develop quantitative financial models, business cases, and total cost of ownership analyses to support security modernization initiatives.

• Assess operational expenses, administrative overhead, and security risk exposure to assist executives in prioritizing transformation investments.

• Provide strategic business cases and long-term transformation roadmaps tailored for complex enterprise organizations within regulated sectors.

• Collaborate with Sales and Technical Teams during initial customer engagements.

• Facilitate visioning sessions and executive workshops involving C-suite stakeholders and security leaders.

• Shape customer conversations around business resilience, operational efficiency, and long-term risk mitigation.

• Offer guidance to stakeholders on Zero Trust, modern privilege management, and cloud-first security approaches.

• Enhance consultative frameworks, templates, and engagement models.

• Act as a consultative subject matter expert during strategic opportunity evaluations.

• Work alongside Product, Sales, and Customer Operations teams.

• Convert intricate technical concepts into executive-ready presentations suitable for non-technical leaders and board-level audiences.

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in value engineering, management consulting, strategic pre-sales, security architecture, or enterprise transformation advisory.

• Proven understanding of enterprise IT infrastructure, cybersecurity principles, identity management concepts, and risk management frameworks.

• Strong proficiency in financial modeling, ROI/TCO calculation, and business case development for complex technical initiatives.

• Excellent presentation, whiteboard facilitation, and executive communication abilities.

• Established capability to influence C-level decision-makers.

• Preferred qualifications: CISSP, CISM, or equivalent security certifications.

• Preferred qualifications: AWS Certified Solutions Architect, Azure Solutions Architect Expert, or Google Professional Cloud Architect.

• Preferred qualifications: PMP, ITIL, or equivalent methodology credentials.
