Transformation Program Manager, Order to Cash

📋 Description

• Lead the enterprise Order-to-Cash (O2C) transformation initiative from strategy, planning, and design through to implementation, stabilization, and business adoption.

• Act as the primary business transformation lead for the O2C workstream, collaborating closely with the Enterprise Transformation PMO Lead on organizational priorities.

• Assist in establishing and advancing the enterprise transformation organization by promoting governance, executive reporting, portfolio visibility, standards, methodologies, and operational rhythms.

• Oversee business process engineering activities, including assessments of the current state, process mapping, future-state design, process harmonization, workflow redesign, gap analysis, operating model development, and ongoing improvement.

• Support ERP implementation and integration projects, including Microsoft Dynamics 365, OneStream, and associated enterprise applications, ensuring alignment between business processes and system capabilities.

• Develop and maintain integrated project plans, schedules, RAID logs, dependency trackers, executive dashboards, action registers, and status reports, and create high-quality PowerPoint presentations, Steering Committee materials, executive readouts, business cases, decision documents, process documentation, and workshop deliverables.

• Design and lead organizational change management initiatives, including stakeholder engagement, communications, readiness planning, training coordination, and user adoption.

• Monitor scope, schedule, budget, risks, dependencies, and resource requirements while proactively addressing issues and escalating decisions when necessary.

• Create repeatable templates, governance artifacts, documentation, and knowledge-transfer materials that enhance long-term organizational capabilities.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 8 years of experience leading complex business transformation, program management, process engineering, or operational improvement projects.

• Demonstrated success in leading Order-to-Cash (O2C) transformation initiatives within intricate organizations.

• Extensive expertise in business process engineering, process architecture, process mapping, operational excellence, and business process optimization.

• Experience in supporting ERP implementation and enterprise business integration projects, including Microsoft Dynamics 365 and OneStream; additional ERP platform experience is a plus.

• Prior experience in Oil & Gas, Energy Services, or Oilfield Equipment Manufacturing organizations is highly preferred.

• Proven ability to swiftly comprehend complex business operations and convert strategic objectives into actionable transformation plans.

• Outstanding consulting, facilitation, executive communication, presentation, organizational, analytical, and stakeholder management skills.

• Experience with Organizational Change Management, executive facilitation, workshop leadership, and cross-functional collaboration.

• Proven capability to independently produce polished executive deliverables, including PowerPoint presentations, project plans, governance materials, dashboards, executive communications, and business documentation.

• Advanced skills in Microsoft PowerPoint, Excel, Word, Teams, Microsoft Project, and/or Smartsheet; familiarity with Power BI and Visio is preferred.
