Transformation Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.

📋 Description

• You will take charge of the customer's genuine business transformation, extending beyond just the Duvo implementation.

• Serve as a management consultant within the customer's organization.

• Link Duvo's capabilities to significant outcomes reflected in the income statement.

• Assist the customer's organization in adapting to AI-driven transformations.

• Collaborate with leadership to reimagine roles and workflows.

• Deliver proof packs to boards and executive teams.

⛳️ Requirements

• Proven experience in the FMCG or retail sectors is a strict requirement.

• Background with a Big 4 firm or top-tier consulting experience is also a strict requirement.

• Ability to establish credibility at the C-level.

• Skills in outcome measurement and proof delivery.

• A mindset geared towards expansion.

• Hands-on experience with automation platforms and practical change management.

• Proficiency in Czech, French, or a Nordic language is advantageous considering our current market focus.
