Transformation Coach – AI, Agile

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Poland.

📋 Description

• Lead initiatives focused on Agile and AI transformation across Product Teams and Agile Release Trains (ARTs).

• Mentor teams, Product Owners, and leaders on Agile principles, Product mindset, and AI-driven methodologies.

• Assist in the integration of AI tools and capabilities into daily delivery processes, such as planning, development, testing, and operations.

• Organize workshops, training sessions, and learning programs centered on Agile, Product Management, AI literacy, and prompt engineering.

• Aid teams in identifying and executing AI use cases that enhance productivity, quality, and delivery outcomes.

• Contribute to the development of the organization's operating model, frameworks, standards, and working practices.

• Encourage experimentation, continuous improvement, and data-informed decision-making.

• Establish and track metrics related to Agile and AI adoption, pinpointing areas for optimization.

• Collaborate with leadership to ensure transformation efforts align with business goals.

• Support Communities of Practice and initiatives aimed at knowledge sharing throughout the organization.

• Advocate for responsible AI practices, governance, compliance, and ethical usage of AI.


⛳️ Requirements

• Demonstrated experience in leading Agile transformation projects within complex enterprise settings.

• Practical experience in driving AI adoption in product development or technology-focused organizations.

• In-depth understanding of Agile methodologies and frameworks for scaling Agile.

• Experience in coaching cross-functional teams, Product Owners, stakeholders, and organizational leaders.

• Hands-on experience with AI-powered tools such as GitHub Copilot, ChatGPT, Azure AI, or similar technologies.

• Background in applying AI within software delivery processes, encompassing code generation, automated testing, documentation creation, backlog refinement, and knowledge management.

• Familiarity with AI integration in engineering settings, including CI/CD, DevOps, testing frameworks, and monitoring solutions.

• Strong grasp of prompt engineering and effective practices for AI utilization.

• Knowledge of AI governance, security, compliance, privacy, and principles for responsible AI.

• Experience in facilitating workshops, training programs, and organizational change initiatives.

• Robust analytical skills with experience in utilizing KPIs and delivery metrics to drive enhancements.

• Advanced proficiency in Jira and Confluence.

• Excellent communication skills in English (C1+ level).
