Transformation Architect – Healthcare

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.

📋 Description

• Facilitate cross-functional workshops to identify business priorities, technical challenges, and current architectural states.

• Assist customers in navigating their Zero Trust digital transformation in alignment with business objectives.

• Recognize pain points, motivations for change, and decision-making criteria.

• Convert customer needs into architectural frameworks, use cases, and solution designs.

• Lead well-defined strategic architecture discussions involving both executive and technical stakeholders.

• Distinguish Zscaler through leadership in technical vision and architecture.

• Develop comprehensive Zero Trust architectures and transformation roadmaps.

• Evaluate existing environments and provide actionable recommendations for future states, including High-Level Design documentation.

• Influence and mentor colleagues throughout the organization.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 10 years of experience in networking and cybersecurity.

• An advanced degree or equivalent technical experience, complemented by relevant industry certifications.

• Extensive knowledge of NIST Zero Trust Architecture along with associated laws, regulations, and best practices.

• Strong comprehension of networking and security environments.
