Development Architect

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Design and create an enterprise-grade agentic development environment utilizing Kiro or comparable platforms.

• Establish workflows for multiple agents that facilitate requirements generation, design, code creation, testing, and documentation.

• Develop scalable development patterns and reusable frameworks to enhance application delivery.

• Lead initiatives for rapid MVP and proof-of-concept development.

• Convert business requirements and natural language inputs into user stories, system designs, UI prototypes, and functional applications.

• Validate and enhance concepts through iterative AI-assisted development cycles.

• Create reusable application templates, Angular component libraries, Node.js service frameworks, AI agent workflows, and prompt libraries.

• Standardize architecture and development methodologies across different teams.

• Design and optimize workflows involving requirements agents, design agents, code generation agents, testing agents, and documentation agents.

• Incorporate LLM-based tools into the software delivery lifecycle.

• Promote the adoption of AI-native development practices across Product, Design, and Engineering teams.

• Set up governance, security, quality control, and validation processes for AI-generated artifacts.

• Conduct workshops and enablement programs for stakeholders.

⛳️ Requirements

• Strong practical experience with NestJS, TypeScript, and Angular.

• Proficiency in software architecture, APIs, microservices, and cloud-native applications.

• Experience in building developer platforms, internal tools, accelerators, or platform engineering solutions.

• Demonstrated track record of delivering rapid prototypes, MVPs, and innovation initiatives.

• Familiarity with CI/CD, DevOps practices, and automated testing frameworks.

• Ability to collaborate effectively with Product, Design, and Engineering stakeholders.

• Experience with agentic AI platforms, AI coding tools, or multi-agent frameworks.

• Experience with Kiro is preferred.

• Experience with LLMs, prompt engineering, MCP architectures, or AI orchestration platforms is preferred.
