E2E Business Architect

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California, +2 more states.

📋 Description

• Aligning technology solutions with business strategies across all areas of the supply chain.

• Supporting a team of Business Architects and Business Analysts who evaluate business processes, pinpoint improvement opportunities, and design enhanced workflows.

• Collaborating with business leaders to ensure alignment with strategic business objectives.

• Establishing the transformation roadmap for the Component Supply Chain.

• Designing and executing comprehensive supply chain transformations from end to end.

• Leveraging data to guide decision-making and employing advanced analytics to reveal insights.

• Contributing to the advancement of Cisco's component supply chain.

• Mentoring and providing guidance to team members.

• Defining, communicating, and sustaining business capability models, business process flows, and transformation roadmaps.

• Setting up governance and metrics to monitor progress and evaluate the impact of business architecture activities.

• Leading workshops and design thinking sessions to identify business challenges and craft innovative solutions.

• Promoting continuous improvement by identifying opportunities to enhance business processes and capabilities.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 15 years of semiconductor experience with hands-on expertise in at least three of the following areas: Sourcing, Planning, Manufacturing, Fulfillment, Forward & Reverse Logistics, Quality, Inventory Management, Order Management, Product Lifecycle Management.

• More than 5 years of experience in business architecture, business transformation, or a related field, leading large-scale transformation programs.

• Experience in leading systems implementations and/or integrations.

• Proficiency in business process design, flow optimization, and automation.

• Strong understanding of the semiconductor supply chain, its dynamics, and industry-specific technologies.

• Experience collaborating with Foundry, OSAT, EMS, and 3PL partners to enhance and expand the supply chain.

• Exceptional communication and facilitation skills at both working and executive levels, along with experience in Project Management, Waterfall, and Agile Methodologies.

• Experience in transforming Oracle EBS or Oracle Cloud ERP.
