This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Oversee the comprehensive implementation of Radiant Logic products in large and intricate enterprise settings to enhance customer time-to-value and increase adoption rates.

• Collaborate with clients to evaluate their current identity infrastructure and formulate deployment strategies.

• Set up and configure RadiantOne in diverse environments.

• Monitor project advancement, participate in status meetings, and produce documentation for effective knowledge transfer.

• Duplicate customer environments and troubleshoot issues during RadiantOne deployments.

⛳️ Requirements

• More than 5 years of experience in identity and access management, enterprise software implementation, or a similar technical delivery position.

• A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or equivalent experience is preferred.

• Strong knowledge of enterprise security and network management.

• Exceptional analytical and problem-solving abilities.

• Superior written and verbal communication skills.

• Knowledge of the RadiantOne platform and its product suite is advantageous.

• US Citizenship is mandatory.
