Transcript Data Entry Associate

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.

📋 Description

• Input transcript coursework details into databases, spreadsheets, or mainly digital systems

• Verify entries for mistakes and inconsistencies to ensure data accuracy

• Organize and classify data for efficient retrieval, reference, and analysis

• Review and conduct substantial data entry of transcript coursework for applicants to UT Austin

• Fulfill necessary training requirements and participate in team meetings and training sessions

• Manage confidential information with care, security, and integrity

• Operate independently while also collaborating with a team

• Analyze data and draw reasonable conclusions through critical thinking and problem-solving skills

⛳️ Requirements

• Currently enrolled as an undergraduate student at The University of Texas at Austin

• Maintain a cumulative GPA of 2.5 or higher

• Uphold good academic and judicial standing at the university

• Ability to adapt and show enthusiasm in a fast-paced environment

• Commitment to completing all mandatory training and attending team meetings and training sessions

• Exercise discretion, security, and integrity when handling confidential information

• Be punctual, responsible, and responsive

• Ability to work independently as well as effectively collaborate with a team

• Possess critical thinking and problem-solving skills to analyze data and draw reasonable conclusions

• Relevant education and experience may be accepted as substitutes where appropriate

• Must have access to a laptop/PC

• Must have a reliable internet connection

• Must be authorized to work in the United States and complete Form I-9 upon hiring
