Data Entry Team Lead

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Virginia.

📋 Description

• Lead initiatives for data entry as directed by the Senior Data Quality Manager and the firm's leadership.

• Oversee requests from the EA/PA Data Entry Team while providing training and support to team members.

• Manage acquisition-related data both pre- and post-acquisition, ensuring high standards of data quality and accurate reporting through collaboration across teams.

• Assist the Senior Data Quality Manager in monitoring and reporting the status of regular Data Team tasks and special projects.

• Create and maintain documentation and processes for the Data Entry Team.

• Engage in CRM account and contact record enhancement for acquisition initiatives.

• Distribute and manage non-IT Compass tickets within the CRM in a balanced manner, considering team workload and expertise.

• Contribute to strategic projects that support the growth objectives of the firm.

• Act as the Subject Matter Expert for the Data Team to resolve issues and support training requirements.

• Perform additional duties as required.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree.

• A minimum of 2 years of experience with Microsoft Dynamics, administration, and data quality projects.

• Proficient in Excel at an intermediate level.

• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.

• High level of organizational skills.

• Strong critical thinking abilities.
