Transaction Specialist, Commissions

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.

📋 Description

• Conduct reviews, audits, and management of transaction files to ensure compliance.

• Ensure accuracy in deal stages and have a thorough understanding of transaction workflows.

• Identify and rectify documentation issues that impact commissions.

• Perform compliance reviews within SkySlope.

• Queue, assess, and process commissions with precision.

• Audit commission structures to detect discrepancies.

• Verify commission data against relevant documentation and records.

• Act as the primary point of contact for agents concerning transactions.

• Communicate proactively with agents to address any outstanding issues.

• Manage a shared inbox to handle agent inquiries.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or a related field is preferred.

• 3-5 years of experience in processing real estate transactions.

• Experience with SkySlope is preferred.

• Familiarity with real estate transactions in California.

• A Real Estate license is a plus.
