Transaction Operations, Analytics Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Florida, +2 more states.

📋 Description

• Generate and distribute monthly analytical reports while addressing on-demand data inquiries.

• Ensure the accuracy of data across all reporting outputs.

• Recognize and implement enhancements to optimize reporting processes.

• Create documentation for reporting procedures and analytical techniques to maintain team consistency.

• Collaborate with Business Intelligence teams to design and deploy automated reporting solutions.

• Oversee Change Request procedures for system upgrades and modifications to reporting.

• Develop and manage Key Business Elements (KBE) guidelines to facilitate system automation and business logic.

• Support transaction activities, including initiation, validation, and tracking of critical dates.

• Uphold data integrity within transaction management systems.

• Examine and assess lease agreements and real estate documentation.

• Acquire experience in deal negotiation and execution, with the chance to lead transactions as expertise grows.

⛳️ Requirements

• A bachelor's degree in business, finance, real estate, economics, or a related discipline.

• Over 3 years of experience in commercial real estate.

• Proven skills in financial analysis and reporting.

• Capability to work both independently and collaboratively within teams.

• Real estate brokerage or salesperson license is preferred.
