This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Latin America.
• Assist prospective Tier-3 clients throughout the pre-sales process.
• Interact with clients through chat and calls to comprehend their business context, transaction monitoring, and anti-fraud requirements.
• Gather, clarify, and validate business and technical needs to ensure alignment between client expectations and Sumsub’s solutions.
• Occasionally present product demonstrations to help clients grasp relevant use cases, platform capabilities, and value.
• Support clients during testing and evaluation phases by guiding them in understanding system behavior, configuration options, and anticipated outcomes.
• Describe integration methods, requirements, and workflows, ensuring a seamless transition to Solution Architects for technical implementation.
• Serve as a reliable point of contact during the decision-making process.
• Knowledge of AML and financial crime prevention principles, including transaction monitoring, cryptocurrency compliance, and Travel Rule mandates.
• Comfortable participating in pre-sales technical discussions, involving API reviews, assisting in testing and evaluation phases, and collaborating with client technical teams before implementation handover.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, capable of clearly articulating technical and regulatory subjects to both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Collect, validate, and document business and technical requirements utilizing a standardized requirements template.
• Confident in managing multiple prospects simultaneously in a dynamic, high-volume environment.
