Transaction Monitoring Pre-Sales Manager – APAC

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Asia.

📋 Description

• Assist prospective Tier-3 clients throughout the pre-sales process.

• Interact with clients via chat and calls to grasp their business context and requirements.

• Gather, clarify, and confirm both business and technical specifications.

• Occasionally present product demonstrations to enhance client understanding of the platform.

• Outline integration strategies and guarantee a seamless transition to Solution Architects.

• Serve as a reliable point of contact during the decision-making process.

• Collaborate closely with internal teams to relay client feedback.

• Knowledge of AML and financial crime prevention principles, including transaction monitoring, crypto compliance, and Travel Rule regulations.

• At ease with engaging in pre-sales technical conversations, including API reviews and supporting testing and evaluation stages.

• Excellent communication and presentation abilities.

• Collect, validate, and document business and technical requirements using a standardized requirements framework.

• Confidently handle multiple prospects simultaneously in a fast-paced setting.

• Practical and solution-focused mindset, emphasizing scalability and efficiency.
