Transaction Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Develop and sustain a pipeline of social enterprises and impact startups within our CRM system.

• Evaluate pitch decks and financial strategies from social enterprises and impact startups as part of our selection and search process.

• Initiate calls and conduct in-depth discussions with impact startups and social enterprises, evaluating their business models along with their social and environmental effects.

• Oversee the transaction process for funding rounds involving social enterprises and impact startups, which includes structuring, guiding the preparation of investor materials, investor outreach, management presentations, and contract negotiations.

• Facilitate investor meetings during funding rounds.

• Design and independently conduct workshops and webinars for social enterprises and impact startups.

• Assist in the implementation of automation tools and artificial intelligence throughout the entire pipeline and transaction process.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in economics, business administration, or a related discipline.

• Minimum of 3 years of professional experience in venture capital, impact investing, corporate finance, management consulting, founding startups, or aiding social and/or environmental organizations.

• Demonstrated knowledge and experience with (impact) startups and their funding.

• Strong analytical, communication, and organizational abilities.

• Confident demeanor, outstanding communication skills, and excellent presentation capabilities.

• Experience in project management, a strong focus on execution, and a methodical approach to work.

• Interest in and preferably experience with automation tools and artificial intelligence.

• Proficient in both written and spoken German and English.

• Professional proficiency in commonly used MS Office applications.

• High level of commitment, team-oriented mindset, and intrinsic motivation for social and environmental solutions.

• Willingness to travel for business within Germany.
